ขั้นตอนที่ 1  การเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อจัดทำแผนที่แม่บท

1. ถ่ายเอกสารระวาง  UTM โฉนดที่ดิน  ระหว่าง  น.ส. 3ก  และเอกสารสิทธิ์การครอบครองที่ดินต่าง ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระใคร่
2. ถ่ายสำเนาเอกสารระวางโฉนดที่ดิน  ระวาง  น.ส. 3ก   ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระใคร่  จากสำนักงานที่ดินหรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูล
3. รวบรวมสำเนาระวางต่าง ๆ  ที่ได้ทำการดิจิไตล์ลงเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
